The staff at the hotel is exceptionally pleasant, with special mention to the receptionist, who was particularly accommodating. Good. But the boiled egg took long time to peel. I thought I should inform the staff for improved performance for the following day, upon informing the staff that they can improve the boiling time, they replied , " but we had the standard number of minutes of cooking it."
